Mark is a certified public accountant (CPA) working a Finance officer at the  Center for Health Human Rights and Development ( CEHURD).

He has 10 years of experience in financial accounting, financial reporting and auditing of projects from recognized donors including but not limited to European Union, USAID, DANIDA, DGF, and DFID among others. Mark has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration BBA from Makerere University Business school, Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the Institute of Certified Public Accountants Uganda (ICPAU) and Post Graduate Diploma in Project Planning and Management from Uganda Management Institute (UMI).
